 The current fee includes an assessment fee to University of Cambridge International Examinations for evaluation of each of the five standards, the face-to-face ITC Institute (excluding travel and accommodation) plus access to the dedicated ECIS-ITC website hosting the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE and all the components therein) and supervised by the ITC Course Leader. As of 1 July 2010 the fees for the ITC are as follow:

* As the ITC previously required graduates to take out 5 year ECIS Individual Membership at a cost of £200, this does not represent an increase in ITC fees in
real terms.
5 year Individual Membership will no longer be a requirement of ITC Graduates.

The ITC Refund Policy:
Up to 1 month written notice before the beginning of the ITC Course, 20% Â of the total ITC fee
is NON-REFUNDABLE, all other fees will be returned.*Â Â
Less than 1 month  until written notice before the beginning of the ITC Course,  20%  plus half of the remaining ITC fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.*
Once course has commenced, no refund is available.
Notes:
1. The ‘beginning of the course’ is the date access is given to the ITC Website and the Orientation Course and not the dates of the Institute.  Â

2. Banking charges may be incurred in the transfer of funds, and if so this may be charged to the participant.
3. Participants requiring visas to travel to ITC Institutes are urged to make early application for the ITC to allow sufficient time for the visa application process. Letters of invitation for visa applications will be issued by email and post for successful applicants who have been accepted and who have paid the fee. Request for letters sent via courier may incur an additional charge.
